Fox Glen is a voluntary HOA with no mandatory dues. We depend on residents’ contributions to maintain our entrances and shared green spaces, pay for water and electricity, and fund landscaping, tree care and holiday lighting.
Every household benefits from these shared spaces, and every household’s support makes a difference. Contributions first cover essential upkeep. Additional funds allow us to make improvements, including our next goal: landscaping the left and right sides of the entrance to match the center section completed this spring.

These costs are in addition to ongoing entrance maintenance, water and electricity expenses, which average $450 per month.
WHAT’S NEXT
This spring, we refreshed the center entrance landscaping and monument. Our next goal is to landscape the left and right sides of the entrance to match, giving the entire entrance a consistent, finished look.
Based on the arborist’s recommendation, we also plan to plant a Bur Oak at the Cottonwood/Pecan split when funds allow. The current quoted cost for a planted 95-gallon Bur Oak with a 4–6-inch trunk diameter is $1,585. The tree will need regular watering while it becomes established. If a nearby homeowner can provide access to a hose spigot, please let us know.
We currently have no funds available for additional improvements. Our remaining funds are only enough to cover routine monthly expenses through December 2026. Donations will first support ongoing maintenance, with additional funds going toward the entrance landscaping and tree replacement.
