As a voluntary HOA, we rely entirely on the generosity and involvement of neighbors like you to keep Fox Glen looking beautiful and welcoming.

Because we don’t collect mandatory dues, every improvement you see in the neighborhood happens only when residents decide to come together and support the effort. Whether it’s landscaping at the entrances, ongoing maintenance of our shared green spaces, seasonal holiday lighting, or enhancements that help preserve and even increase property values, your contributions create a direct and meaningful impact on our community.

Your support ensures that we can maintain the character, curb appeal, and overall safety of the neighborhood we all enjoy. These projects don’t just make Fox Glen look better—they strengthen our sense of community and help protect one of our most important investments: our homes.

While participation is completely optional, your financial contribution—at any level—plays a crucial role in covering essential upkeep and allowing us to plan ahead for future improvements. If you value a well-cared-for neighborhood and want to help keep Fox Glen thriving, we warmly invite you to contribute in whatever amount feels right for your household.

Together, we can continue building a neighborhood we’re proud to call home.

NEIGHBORHOOD IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 2025-2026

Below are several notable expenses incurred to date under the Neighborhood Improvement Project:

  • Installation and removal of Fox Glen–owned holiday lighting: $400

  • Arborist consultation (Red Oak at Cottonwood/Pecan split): $250

  • Entrance electrical repairs: $350

  • Tree pruning and removal: $2,800

  • Winter entrance flowers: $130

These costs are in addition to ongoing monthly expenses for entrance maintenance, water, and electricity which average $350 per month.

Our next planned phase is the installation of a new irrigation system at the front entrance. We’ve received an estimate of $3,000, which includes two irrigation zones—one serving the center area and one serving both the right and left sides. Each zone will include 10–12 sprinkler heads, and the scope also includes boring under the street at the neighborhood exit.

Depending on available funding, we may or may not have sufficient reserves to complete the center and side landscaping upgrades in the spring. Those enhancements will move forward as funding allows.

Based on the arborist’s recommendation, a Bur Oak is planned for planting at the Cottonwood/Pecan split when funds allow. A planted 95-gallon Bur Oak (4–6” trunk diameter) is currently priced at $1,585. Establishing the tree will require access to a nearby water source during the initial establishment period. If a nearby homeowner is willing to provide access to a hose spigot, please let us know.

While 100% of households benefit from these neighborhood improvements, only about 70% have contributed financially to date. These projects are only possible through voluntary support, and additional contributions directly determine how much we are able to complete in the coming months. At this time, we are approximately $5,000 short of completing everything outlined above.

If you have not yet participated—or would consider an additional contribution—it truly makes a difference. All donations go directly toward maintaining and improving our shared spaces and help ensure we can complete planned irrigation, landscaping, and tree replacement projects.
