ABOUT FOX GLEN HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION
Fox Glen is a neighborhood of 47 homes in Fairview, Texas. Our voluntary HOA coordinates maintenance and improvements across six shared community spaces and keeps residents informed about neighborhood news and projects.
Residents who contribute are our Friends of Fox Glen. Their support pays for routine upkeep and makes additional improvements possible. Visit our Support page to see completed projects, upcoming plans and ways to contribute.

MISSION
Our mission is to maintain Fox Glen’s shared spaces, improve the neighborhood’s appearance and encourage neighbors to work together. We fund this work through voluntary contributions, with no mandatory HOA dues.
HISTORY OF FOX GLEN
In the late 1970s, Jack Gilley and Tom Stanley were the original developers of Fox Glen. The neighborhood was being built in two phases—Tom developing one half, Jack the other.
Then life threw Tom a curveball. A family emergency left him in urgent need of cash. In a bold move, he offered to sell Jack his 30 lots in Fox Glen for $100,000—but there was a catch: the deal had to close the very next day.
The next morning, Jack and Tom met at the title office. Papers were signed, and the deal was done.
Jack often looks back on that day with a grin, calling it the single best deal he ever made—a moment of luck, timing, and decisive action that shaped the future of Fox Glen.
